Modern information technology in teaching, tend to create a learning environment of information technology as the basis, the value of technological change teaching goals. The government has implemented the project Distance education project in rural areas, weakness of the rural compulsory education school improvement plan and teaching point digital education resources full coverage in view of the rural informatization environment construction measures. Under the impetus of these projects in Yunnan border ethnic schools educational resources have been established satellite receiving systems, network classroom facilities, and efforts to promote the " School Link, pass classes, everyone pass " as well as education resources, education management for the construction of the two latforms. However, the construction of the border of "Yunnan Nationalities school information environment, the contradiction is more serious constraints geographical, economic, cultural and other factors, the standard model and the development of personalized highlights how technology culture into the national education is an urgent need for research.The sample of research is Xishuangbanna Yunnan Menghai and Mengla as the field work. The way of research is questionnaire survey, interviews and participant observation. The survey topics include:the type and use of information technology infrastructure configuration, teaching resources, the application of information technology environment and so on. After the on-site investigation by the border of Yunnan ethnic schools found these problems widespread, such as:hardware facilities with relatively well, while the software and underwere construction is lagging behind, resulting in a large number of hardware devices such as common problems in an idle state; another building information environment and school indivisible geographical presence at the intrinsic link; although a handful of schools to achieve the interconnection with the remote inland areas and developed to create a new information environment, but due to the presence of the special nature of the teaching body and unavoidable presence of applicability. So based on practical problems and theoretical support, to explore the border of Yunnan ethnic school information suitable environment to build models become the main research question.This study suggests that the border of Yunnan ethnic schools can secure sustainable development by symbiosis with information, for distribution in different parts of the school inform atization development exists obvious difference, the informationization environment application present situation and the demand for information environment, teaching subject construction of" Three stages three layers and a target" symbiotic mode. For informatization started late, low starting point of village schools need to rely on policy drive, pay attention to the construction of infrastructure, such as campus network hardware environment. Hardware environment relatively complete the villages and towns school need to rely on technology driven, pay attention to the construction of teaching resources, teaching platform and software environment. For hardware configuration complete, schools need to rely on the county level with some teaching resources construction ability ego drive, the national culture and information integration, implementation technology of "localization". Yunnan border ethnic schools take appropriate development strategy for their own development stage, and then implementation technology for education reform..
