In this progress, teachers are the organizer and executor.Teachers are also the core of the work of school PE education.Volleyball is part of the university sports teaching. Volleyball teachers have the rightsand responsibilities of education given by party and the nation. So far, the research onVolleyball in China mainly focused on the development status and analysis, volleyballteaching, research on the factors of the volleyball development relatively is less, and muchless on teachers.Through the investigation of volleyball teachers in Colleges and universities in HebeiProvince, Conclusion could be drawn and some reasonable suggestions are proposed toimprove the teaching quality of colleges and universities in Hebei province volleyball, toabstain satisfactory teaching effect, to further promote the development of Volleyball in HebeiProvince, to increase the effect of Volleyball in the society. To some extent, this paper couldprovide a theoretical basis and reference for the development of Volleyball in our provincecollege teachers to help future researchers and offer meager dint of training "virtue, wisdom,body" person.Research methods used in the research process mainly include: literature method, surveymethod, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Analyze the data and information basedon the research with combination of these methods. Based on the research, conclusions belowhave been drawn: Firstly, compared with fewer graduate, Male teachers with bachelor degreeare in the majority in Hebei Province ordinary university volleyball teachers. Most of themare middle-aged teachers. This number and structure can basically meet the teaching task andcomplete the teaching goal, but their English and computer level need to be improved. On the other hand, their based knowledgeof PE and natural science need to be improved. Thirdly, teaching load of Hebei Provinceordinary university volleyball teachers is moderate. Teaching methods and means can beflexible applied, higher assessment be given. Fourthly, teachers’ scientific research ability ofHebei Province ordinary university volleyball teachers is uneven. It is seen from the paperspublished on Provincial journal by the teachers, mainly lecturers’ and associate professors’.
