The multi-level teaching is ranked as one teaching strategy, as well as one teaching method and educational thought, whose core part is to face the students’individual difference taking them into consideration. The purpose of multi-level teaching is to realize teaching goal by means of the students’ study types, talents and learning methods, and so on, for the sake of optimization of the teaching effect. As the course reform of basic education goes on in China, the new curriculum standard is carried out well by reforming and innovating the teaching methods. The multi-level teaching is one of hot topics currently paid more attention to by the educational circle at home and abroad.This paper introduces the theoretical foundation, precise influencing factors and laying standard of multi-level teaching mainly, discusses the teaching strategies of multi-level teaching in senior middle school. This paper makes concrete experiment research on the effect of multi-level teaching at last. The research result shows the multi-level teaching in maths is of great effectiveness.
