Huludao City Junior High School History Teaching Existing Problem And Countermeasure Analysis

With the advancement of the basic education curriculum reform it makes the historyteaching face the opportunities and challenges. After continuously forge ahead and in-depthreform of junior high school history subjects, it has improved in the teaching content, teachingmethods, teaching evaluation and so on, but in the teaching of history there are still manyproblems. Through individual interviews and questionnaire investigation to the junior middleschool history teachers in Huludao City, put forward the current Huludao city junior highschool history teacher in history teaching has some problems, analyses the reasons of thegeneration, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies of some operable solutions.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part expounds several prominentproblems of junior middle school history teaching in Huludao city, including teachers’teaching content selection lack of integration, teaching methods are not flexible, teachingevaluation form a single and the attitudes of student toward history lesson is not correct; thesecond part reveal the causes of these problems, mainly including the backward of theteachers’ teaching concept, teachers’ knowledge structure is not reasonable, the guiding role ofeducation system and so on; the third part is based on the problems found and the reasons putforward corresponding countermeasures, namely to strengthen education and improveteachers’ professional level, adopt diversified teaching methods, the implementation of diversehistory curriculum evaluation mechanism as well as the reform of higher normal personneltraining mode, so as to effectively improve the teaching level.
