In recent years, many graduated students go to the team of history teachers.At the beginning of the entry of the new teacher to adapt to the degree of influence the professional development in the future and in the performance of the three years preceding the teachers often determines whether they remain in the industry, whether can become an excellent teacher.According to the survey, the history teacher have problems in history teaching, class management and interpersonal. So the history teacher at the beginning of the entry to show the problem worthy of study, how to guide them through in this special period is remarkable.The issuance of this questionnaire is mainly in hunan normal university institute of history and culture (06,07,08) graduates of undergraduate and graduate students, and work in hunan province0-3years of history teachers.Through the questionnaire survey of the88history of the new teacher found that there are many problems in their entry adaptation. Through questionnaire survey, this paper draws the history teachers’ difficulties and problems to be appointed, analyses the reason of these problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter, introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the writing reason, research on history teachers review, research methods and the definition of several basic concepts.The second chapter, focusing on historical teacher’s problem and difficult to be appointed. This chapter mainly through the survey and the interview form, it is concluded that earlier history teacher major in teaching, class management, interpersonal problems.The third chapter, focusing on the beginning history teachers’ analysis of the causes of problems. Mainly analyzes the cause of the problem.The fourth chapter, the countermeasure analysis to solve the problem of our country history teacher to be appointed. Mainly put forward the feasible measures to solve the problem of history teachers to be appointed.
