The mental health status of the female drug addicts is a concern. Attribution patterns and coping styles of the female drug addicts are the key factors influencing the relapse. This study chose the female drug users in Shanghai as subjects, through the voluntary application, selection, use drug addicts way attribution questionnaire, to deal with the questionnaire selected18people as experimental group, and18people as control group were randomly selected. After a pretest of the experimental group and control group subjects, this study had psychological guidance to the experimental group eight times, and did not intervene the control group at the same time. After the guidance, the experimental group and control group were taken after test. The result shows attribution styles and coping styles of the female drug addicts changed little, but when comparing the various dimensions of factors on attribution and coping styles founds that by conducting group guidance, female drug addicts attribution style and coping styles tend to be more positive. It shows group guidance are helpful to change the ways of attribution, coping styles. The group which intervened of both the attribution and coping styles was more obvious tend to positive than that only intervened of coping styles. The study shows group guidance was effective on improving attribution and coping styles of the female drug addicts.
