| As an important part of kindergarten children’s daily life, afternoon nap is a significant chance to train their knowledge, feeling, thought and behaviors. Teachers’ ability to effectively and reasonably organize the afternoon nap activity is not only a factor for children’s healthy growth and the normal development of teaching games and activities, but also a key index to measure the teaching quality of a kindergarten.The purpose of this study is to analyze the life and learning characteristics of children as well as the teaching ideas and their implementation status of the kindergarten through the phenomenon of teachers’organizing children’s afternoon nap. By involving this routine activity which is easily ignored by teachers into conscious educational activities, we can improve the teachers’quality as well as pushing the organization of children afternoon nap activities get a qualitative leap.We are trying to do this study through field observations kindergarten nap activities and lifestyle of the reference system and the day nursery teacher interviews. First of all, through the process of analysis of the teachers’organizations we can show the children nap activity status of the kindergarten nap organize activities; secondly, through analyzing and thinking of the key problem in children’s nap activities, we are trying to improve teachers scientific understanding of children’s afternoon nap activities, encouraging teachers to reflect continuously, develop themselves, build appropriate education behaviors, so as to promote children’s physical and mental development.The empirical study found that the impact factor of teachers’ organizations and young children nap activities mainly with young children, teachers, kindergarten and family, however, teachers’awareness, attitudes and organizational capacity towards nap activity is the decisive factor. Solutions are:teachers should enrich their knowledge of nap activities, improve scientific understanding and hold positive attitudes towards children nap activities, enhance organizational nap capacity through teaching self-reflection and emphasis; nursery management of early childhood teachers should "slack there degree", on one hand, we should constraint teachers unreasonable conduction, on the other hand, we can’t formulate too many rules and regulations the bind teachers’hands and feet. Family should actively cooperate with the kindergarten, and cultivate children’s health habits and self-care ability. |
