The Research And Analysis Of Qian Xuesen Meta Synthetic Wisdom Personnel Training

Since Reform and Opening, the development of education in China has made considerable progress. However, for a long time, under the dominant paradigm of scientific rationality, higher education adopt a "reductionist" way of thinking, the entire field of higher education disciplines presents a one-sided and isolated metaphysical tendencies, different disciplines is not communicated with each other.Our great scientist, educator Mr. Qian Xuesen once asked "Why our schools are always cultivating talented people?" this is noted "Qian Xuesen’s Question". Qian pointed that existing personnel training model has becoming a obstacle for innovation personnel training. Since in the1980of the20th century, Qian gradually formed idea about education, which is "the education of the Wisdom in cyberspace ", it can also be seen as the answer to their Qian of "Qian of the question" made. At present, Xi’an Jiaotong University Qian Xuesen experimental class are trying to innovative training model and answer "Qian Xuesen’s Question".This article is divided into five parts:Introduction section introduces the topic of the origin, the status, significance and innovation of research topics and methods used. The first part introduces the concepts of the Personnel, personnel training objectives, training mode and so on. Then analyze the knowledge structure of Meta synthetic wisdom Personnel. The second part introduces how to train Meta synthetic wisdom Personnel. The third part introduces uses questionnaires, interviews and other research methods to study Qian Xuesen experimental class for case studies, and comparison with General faculties. Finally, any sis of problems and improvements.
