The children’s Gaozhuang behavior is a normal phenomenon in the process of their socialization, because the teacher’s work is cumbersome,trivial and complex, they may ignore children’s Gaozhuang behavior inadvertently."The Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards (For Trial Implementation)" the creed sex file, its basic idea is to respect children’s rights and interests, so as teachers we only from children complain that such matters need to pay attention to children’s mental development, to build up good relationship with teachers and infants, what’s well, the children will grow up happy in a unity atmosphere.This study chose two kindergartens, a total of six teachers as research object, mainly by natural observation method, interview method, combined with literature analysis method, in order to explore the coping strategies of teachers in an all-round way. The results showed that:Firstly, the teacher’s strategies are in order to control the children, to highlight the dominant position of teachers. The teacher directly intervene in children’s events, help them solve problems, not to guide children to learn to rely on their own to solve the problems. That is to say teachers’strategy for maintaining the garden’s policy is the purpose of the specification, to control the behavior of the children as the main way, in the children’s daily activities of the real scene, they can’t achieve "The Kindergarten Teachers’Professional Standards", with the children for this, give full consideration to the needs of infants.Secondly, the teacher’s approach to form a strategy group. Teachers enter into a "Gaozhuang" incident, it is difficult with only one good strategy to completely deal with conflicts between children, teachers first need to judge on the whole event, according to the plaintiff and the defendant young children’s feedback to comprehensive use of a variety of strategies. This means that the process of interaction between teachers and children, teachers through all aspects of the comprehensive ability to meet or maintain the children’s needs and help kids to gain a wealth of experience, the teacher’s approach to form a policy group in the process.Thirdly, the teacher’s strategies are flexibility. Even for the same teacher, facing different situations, strategies used are different.Fourthly, there are some differences between different teachers’coping strategies. Because the education philosophy, the management mode of one kindergarten are different, teachers in different kindergartens, their coping strategies also have significant differences. Finally, summarized and analyzed how to deal with children’s Gaozhuang behaviors.and discussed the influence on each children, put forward the corresponding strategy.
