| This thesis, based on the analysis on the current unsatisfactory implementation condition of Zhongshan vocational schools in their dealing with the vocational education revolution and the performance in the "Guangdong vocational education revolution pilot district", attempts to analyze the executive force from the aspects of culture, knowledge, information, contingency and art, which are corresponding to the five important respects of vocational school management. Based on the case study and result application, this thesis concisely designs the procure of the "five-dimensionexecutive system", and further designs the "five-dimension executive system" which can be applied in vocational schools. In this system, culture executive force is the primary foundation, discussing the question of "do it or not", which is realized through the vocational education mission statement, vocational school students cultivation objectives and program development strategy."Knowledge executive force" plays the role as strategy guarantee, answering the question of "how to do it", which can be realized by scientific managing rules and the managing procedures."Information executive force", serving as the decision making, is about "real or not", and it is realized through establishing effective information system and the communication between the outer and inner information."contingency executive force" is about "to change or not", realized through coping with the changes in policy, environment and program development."Art executive force" is about "beautiful or not", which is influenced through the managerial art of the school principle, the establishing of a faculty team with vocational characteristics. The author, through exploring and applying the concept of "five-dimension executive force" running their own systems, find out the managerial solution to unsatisfactory implementation, establish the implementation system of "five-dimension integration", so as to successfully bear the "employment-driven and ability-oriented" mission of Zhongshan vocational education. |
