The government fully realized the fact thatstudent need to improve their health conditions by using strengthening teenagers’sports. In order to improve the students’ physical health and motor skills. For improvethe comprehensive development of students, the state adopted a number of measures,and successively promulgated a series of policies. In particular There are millions ofstudents’ nationwide sunshine sports movement started in2007.This article uses the literature method, interview method, field survey, andcomparative analysis to look into Jinzhou Baodi primary school sunshinesports development situation and analysis the data. The research shows that the schoolhas already set up Sunshine Sports group and each member has a clear division oftheir responsibilities during their works; students can exercise an hour everyday anddeeply know at least two sports skills and two kinds of physical tests up to thenational and provincial relevant documents prescribed standards; The school physicaleducation does not appear to be occupied; The school playgrounds andequipment facilities can meet the basic needs of Sunshine Sports. But there aresome problems at the same time: firstly, some of executives didnot implement; secondly ary is the propaganda is not enough, so thestudents awareness is not higher enough: thirdly, problem is the sports activity formsare simple, old and lack innovation; lastly, there is short of school sportsfunds devotion and PE teachers’welfare treatment needs to be improved.According to those problems, I put forward four feasibility measures to thesunshine sports of Jinzhou Baodi primary school. Firstly, intensify the propaganda ofsunshine sports. Secondly, innovate of the form and the content. Thirdly, enlarge thefunds of investment in order to improve the quality of physical education and theteachers’welfare, at the same time to mobilize PE teachers’enthusiasm. lastly,establish and improve the supervision and the management system to make sure of the long and effective implementation of sunshine sports.
