"Misreading" is a phenomenon in the literature reading teaching. However, due to our misreading on the concept of "misreading", we often consider it as a personalized misreading and criticize it in practice. Such literature teaching oppose misreading on the surface, in fact it’s just oppose the multiple ways of reading. It may make a great damage to the characteristic of our students. Meanwhile it’ll also make a damage to the gains in the new reformation of the text. Under the background of the secondary schools’ new curriculum reform, the value of misreading can give students liberation in our language classroom, and it’ll make a development to the students’ individual characters, cultivating students’ creative thinking. All these due to our all-round education, and can gain an active meaning.This paper will firstly analyse our present reading from? define the clear meaning of our "misreading".Under the support of this theory, we’ll analyse the value and the meaning of its existence in our practice. Lastly, being aimed at the fact of the teaching of literature reading, we’ll focus on the idea of teaching practice and try to give relatively reasonable suggestions on resolving these problems what we put forward.
