| The Third Plenary Session of the18thcentral committee made a new plan for acomprehensive reform of education under the new historical conditions. The generalrequirements put forward on the18thNPC, which is that people education as the fundamentaltask of education, training socialist builders and successors with all-round development pointsout the direction of efforts to strengthen and improve the ideological and political educationof college students.With the guidance of Marxist materialism, integration of theory and practice,combination of history and reality, and the scientific methods of macro and micro analysis ofliterature data and reasonably borrowing the results of ideological and political education. Apreliminary study and discussion on validity of the ideological and political education in newera are followed.The thesis is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction, which describes the background of the ideological andpolitical education of the status and countermeasures analysis.
