With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the happiness of life. In our country hasentered the aging society, the happiness of the elderly has become a social focus moretopics. Leisure sports can not only improve the physical quality of old people, alsocan enrich the life of old people, inspire interest in sports in the elderly, so more andmore old people to participate in leisure sports activities. This study will be three parkin changchun city, a square and a number of community of the elderly as the researchobject, by questionnaire investigation. Through the literature material, questionnairesurvey, mathematical statistics research methods such as investigation basic situationof the elderly participating in leisure sports, for leisure sports for an investigation intothe influence of subjective well-being in various dimensions, in older persons toparticipate in leisure sports and the relationship between subjective well-being, on thebasis of further explore the impact of subjective well-being of the elderly exercisequantity, came to the conclusion that thus to put forward the correspondingSuggestions for the elderly.Main measuring tool of this study are as follows:"PARS-3" exercise capacityrating scale, the old people take part in physical exercise subjective well-beingquestionnaire as measuring tools, good reliability and validity of the scale reliability,conform to the requirements of the statistics.Research conclusions:1, according to the survey shows that participating in leisuresports most old people are in favour of a slight movement and small intensity ofleisure sports, such as walking, fishing, northeast yangko, etc. Mostly elderly peopleat the same time to participate in the leisure time more than1hours a day, more than3times a week. On how to participate in leisure sports of older people have formedthe good exercise habits, there is a fixed time.2, by comparing the experimental group and control group in the subjectivewell-being of each dimension support experience, comfortable experience, enrich theexperience, the content with abundant experience in all kinds of analysis, relative tonot participate in leisure sports of the elderly, the elderly people who participate inleisure dimensions of subjective well-being score higher, illustrate the leisure sportssubjective well-being of the elderly have a certain impact.3, according to the "PARS-3" exercise capacity rating scale, the amount of exerciseof the elderly participation in leisure sports are divided into: low intensity exerciseamount, amount of exercise intensity, high intensity exercise, three different levels ofthe old people take part in physical exercise their subjective well-being level supportexperience, comfortable experience, independent support experience, contentabundant experience, happiness score dimensions there are differences.
