With the rapid economic development, China’s aging process also brisk growth.We in combing on the basis of the study of the concept of subjective well-being of the elderly athome and abroad, and to explore strategies to improve the elderly’s subjective sense of happiness.Physical exercise has played a major role as an economical and popular way to promote thephysical and mental health of the elderly. In this study, physical exercise on the concept ofsubjective well-being of the elderly, as well as factors affecting the perception of subjectivewell-being of the elderly, and to further explore the factors that affect minorities (Mongolian)SWB.Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia5flag the (in Naiman Banner, Kulunqi, Kezuozhongqi,Kezuohouqi, Zhaluteqi) In this study,300elderly people over the age of60in the exercise pointimplementation of the questionnaire. Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, older age groups SportsTraining of the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematicalstatistics to conduct in-depth research, dissect the different effects of physical exercise onwell-being in old age group where the different ethnic mechanism. The results are as follows:Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia older people to participate in physical activity levels ofsubjective well-being following differences:(1) gender differences: men and women in apositive emotion, negative emotion dimension on the existence of a significant difference inperformance in women than men.②age difference:60-64,65-69years,70-75-year-old in apositive emotional dimension there were significant differences over the age of75, showed thesample ages over the age of75is higher than the other three groups. The③ethnic differences:the dimension of physical exercise happiness, ethnic differences.④more categorical variabledifferences of subjective well-being: the different regions, culture, occupation, income, familyresidence, number of children, marital status, categorical variables in various dimensions ofsubjective well-being, a significant difference.Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia exercise the level of subjective well-being followingdifferences:①differences of the different projects: walking, jogging, tai chi, fitness qigong andtraditional sports there are significant differences, showing less traditional sports.②differentexercise intensity difference: mild exercise and moderate-intensity exercise in the presence of apositive emotional dimension significant differences in mild exercise and moderate-intensityexercise, shortness of breath, but not lasting very significant movement in a positive experiencedimension exists. The exhibit is too high or too low exercise intensity lower than moderate exercise.③different exercise time differences: negative emotional dimension with20-30minutes,31to-60minutes61minutes-1.5hours,1.5hours there is a very significantdifference. On the positive experience dimension,31-60minutes20-30minutes the presenceof a significant difference between31-60minutes and61minutes-1.5hours,1.5hours morethan there is a very significant difference, comprehensive data show,61minutes--1.5hourworkout time is conducive to the improvement of subjective well-being.④different exercisefrequency differences: negative experience dimension,1-2and3-4times exist significantdifferences in the1-2and5-6times, more than seven times the two groups exercise frequencyexists very significant difference. Score dimension of happiness,5-61-2times the existenceof significant differences,5-6times exist with3-4times a very significant difference.Comprehensive data on the results of weekly exercise5-6times the maximum dimension of thehappiness score.⑤sustained exercise time difference: negative emotional dimension, morethan5years and1year,1-2years of the existence of significant differences, with2-5years5years there is a very significant difference. Negative experience dimension less than1year1-2years,5years existence of a very significant difference,2-5years and the presence of more than5years is very significant differences. Persist in exercise time-five years, the highest subjectivewell-being.
