Excellent professional accomplishment provides important cornerstone and strong backing to technical school students’ good employment. Under the present situation of students’ employment difficulty, adapting difficulty, ascension difficulty and enterprises’ choosing and using person difficulty, focus on technical school students’ vocational education and strengthen their professional accomplishment education has become an urgent task in front of every college. So the following questions will been concerned by mechanic educators, for example, how to educate technical school students’ professional accomplishment effectively; society, school, family and technical school students themselves have any influence on the formation of profession quality etc. This article attempts to make a contrastive analysis between the investigation of Guangdong Mechanical Technician College students’ profession quality and enterprises’ evaluation of Guangdong Mechanical Technician College graduates’ professional accomplishment. And I hope to find effective ways and means to improve technical school students’ professional accomplishment, thus providing reference for skill talented person’s professional accomplishment education.This article adopts the method of combing quantitative and qualitative and on the basis of relative references to make a survey of Guangdong Mechanical Technician College students’ profession quality according to questionnaire. Through the analysis we can see that Guangdong Mechanical Technician College students’ overall level of profession quality is in the medium level, but individual differences obvious. On the basis of the investigation analyze the different views about professional quality of enterprises’ and technical school students’ and tries to find out the cause of the technical school students’ poor professional quality.The article finally points out that enhancing technical school students’ professional accomplishment needs the effort of government, school and students. Firstly, give full play to the role of government and society in the education of technical school students’ professional accomplishment. For example, make relevant laws and regulations; build value technical school students’ professional accomplishment atmosphere etc. Secondly, enhance the leading role of college to technical school students’ professional accomplishment. For example, make the necessary career guidance, build professional accomplishment education system, permeate professional accomplishment education in the process of teaching etc. Thirdly, arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in skills training. Lastly, pay attention to autoregulatory function. For example, remind us of whom we really are, plan career reasonable, learn to self-improvement and grow up, etc.
