Since reform and opening up of China, Chinese education career progresses dayby day, has made remarkable achievements. With the rapid development of China’ssocialist market economy, the government’s emphasis on compulsory education haschanged dramatically. China will to become a cultural superpower culture power,compulsory education is the foundation. The Chinese government to the compulsoryeducation is the most fundamental purpose is to let more people have the opportunityto, conditional accept equality, good education, to ensure social justice and harmony.China family compulsory education phase of the cost of this article divided intodirect costs and indirect costs of two parts, on the basis of comparative analysis of theurban and rural household costs, thus summarizes the total cost of the family businessaccounting formula; And analyze the family income and its components, and thejudge; The focus of this article is based on the theory of "cost-benefit", summarizeyield measurement formula, according to China’s national conditions on the yield ofrational analysis. At the end of the paper the family put on the costs andbenefits, and based on the analysis of the yield, for the status quo of China’s currentcompulsory education stage of family education investment put forward reasonableSuggestions, as well as provide some references for the development of China’sregional compulsory education.Past research is mostly to the return on investment of education, in order tomeasure the economic value of education, but research on education of consumptionand externality benefits also somewhat lacking. Through the study of this article can be targeted for compulsory education investment and profit analysis, focusing on theconsumer benefits, pay more attention to the infection of primary and middle schoolstudents’ spiritual realm and the cultivation of values and thus has important practicalsignificance.
