Teaching Chinese as a second language as a special subject develops quite quickly. More than four hundred different kind of textbooks ha ve been published in teaching Chinese as a second language discipline filed. Of course, different Chinese textbooks from differe nt country are too many to count. According to the incomplete statis tics, there are9to10high school Chinese textbooks in South Korea.The textbook is an important link in teaching Chinese as a second1anguage. In the classroom teaching, a good Chinese textbook can make the teaching multiplier effect. A Chinese textbook is composed of man y parts, the vocabulary is the essential part in the book. This paper is based on Chinese textbook compilation in Gyeonggi-do of South Kor ea. We investigated and analyzed three representative textbooks from Gyeonggi-do. According to the analysis of three textbooks,we got thr ee textbooks which are reasonable or not in vocabulary. They are quan tity of vocabulary, annotation and interpretation of vocabulary, exer cise compilation of vocabulary.We investigated and analyzed the quantity of vocabulary by<Hanyu shuiping cihui he hanzi dengji dagang> and South Korea seventh educat ion reformation. According to the statistics and comparisons, we will find out three Chinese textbooks which are standard and reasonable o r not in quantity of vocabulary. In the light of writer’s experience, there are many problems in annotation and interpretation of vocabular y. For example, many words are not labeled the part of speech. In the exercise of vocabulary, we divided the exercise into three categorie s. We separately counted the exercise quantity and exercise types. An d we will find the compilation of vocabulary exercise.According to the investigations and comparisons, we analyzed the m erits and demerits of the compilation of vocabulary. And we put forwa rd our suggestions, so we hope the suggestions may improve the quali ty of Chinese textbook in South Korea. |
