In the recent years, under the background of the west development of China, the colleges and universities in the inland have taken the responsibility of personnel training for XinJiang, and have provided a lot of opportunities for the minority student to study in the inland. Because of the special cultural characteristics and thinking mode, the Kazak university students will show up the difference and conflict on culture when they encounter with the Han based mainstream campus culture after entered the unfamiliar life and study environment, and meet with the maladaptive problems about material culture, spiritual culture and system culture in their study and life.The paper chooses the campus acculturation of Kazak university students in XinJiang as the research topic, starts from the cultural identity attitude, uses large amount of questionnaire survey data analysis and on-site interview, deeply analyzes the acculturation situation of Kazak students from XinJiang in Southwest University through three points of view, which is physical needs situation, behavior adaptation and spirit adaptation; At the same time, reflects the campus culture maladjustment of Kazak university students:1. The backward of economic foundation leads to the differences of campus life and family economy concept.2. The maladjustment of using Kazak language and character in the elementary education stage and learning modernity university curriculum.3. The differences of traditional Kazak life and the environment of inland campus.4. The existence of potential conflicts between the school system culture and Kazak traditional culture when they are adapting the campus culture.Suggestions are made according to the above mentioned research as following: In the inland campus, the effect of national culture on the campus culture should be considered thoroughly, the traditional culture of minority ethic students should be respected, and the construction of campus culture should be strengthened, so that the study and activity atmosphere of the Kazak students could be promoted and the campus acculturation of the minority ethic university students in the Southwest University could be advanced; At last, the Kazak students should rationally make use of the characteristics, values and life style and customers of Kazak ethic culture to deal with the relationship of minority ethic culture and the campus culture, so that they can integrate into the mainstream culture and adapt the university campus life more preferably, and be influenced and developed in the university to construct the multinational harmonious campus in the future.
