According to the general objectives of the two new Curriculum Standards,which are beingcarried out, we can find that both the new curriculum standards show an obviousguidence.And also both of them give their specific formulation in order to make the standardsmore practical.The Full-time Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standard (ExperimentalDraft) formulates the objective mainly from the aspects of learning stages and learningfields.While the Senior High Art Curriculum Standard (experimental draft) gives thecorresponding formulations for every different module in the form of standardization.The Artand Art teaching can’t be separated,where there is no Art there is no Art teaching.The Artteaching is after the the appearance of the Art and the development of the Art will be nothingwithout the teaching of Art.The prosperity of the Art is mainly due to the successfuldevelopment of the Art.The elementary education of Chinese painting,especially in the stage of the primaryand middle school,from the requiment of the new curriculum standard,we can deduce thatChinese traditional landscape painting,which is unique,plays an important role in theteaching of Art.As an important element of Art teaching,Chinese landscape teaching alsoplays an importan role in leading the students to inherit and exchange the national culture,inpromoting the public quality and in developing Chinese traditional Art.In the beginning ofnew age,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Full-time Compulsory Education ArtCurriculum Standard (Experimental Draft) and then the Senior High Art Curriculum Standard(experimental draft).The increase of the course value formulation in the two standards is thegreatest difference.There is no such formulation in the previous standards.According to thenew promulgated curriculum standards,they not only considered the basic value of Artteaching,but also refered to the Art course value’s characteristics of different gradations.Theformulations of the Art course value in the new curriculum standards are benefit to promotethe schools’ society’s and parents’attention and understanding of the Artteaching.Meanwhile,under the background of the new curriculum standards,the school’steaching is tranforming from the previous exam-oriented education to the quality-orientededucation.In this case,the topic how to carry out the landscape teaching in public schools isbecoming popular.Because the Art subject palys an such role in the compulsory education thatThe Art teaching is aimed at perfecting students’s personality comprehensively.The core concept of this thesis is the landscape teaching under the background of newcurrirulum standards,this thesis is aimed at annotating the Art teaching from the perspective ofArt teaching and putting forward the new meaning of the Art teaching.The main idea is thatannotating the significance of the Art teaching in high school in the way of comparasionbetween the traditional and modern Art under the background of the two new curriculumstandards.
