Peer interactions plays an important role on the development of high school students. Peer conflict is a common phenomenon in the process of Students’interaction. I have found that students broaden their horizons, made friends and revised the interpersonal skills through peer conflict in the practice of middle school. But the administrators of high school generally considered peer conflict is not conducive to the normal operation of the school. This paper re-interprets the peer conflict of high school students from the perspective of May Rollo in existential psychology. Peer conflict is not only the investigation into the existence of oneself, but the way they deal with anxiety.Peer conflict provides an opportunity for students’ self-reflection, the process of decentralization, the improving of students’ communication ability and the formation of rules consciousness and cooperation consciousness. The purpose of this paper is to promote the establishment of good interpersonal relationship and the cultivation of sociality of students.
