Research On The Status And Policy Of Tangshan Rural Pirmary School PE Teaching Environment

There are1.3billion people in China,60%of the population live in the villages. As aagriculture-based country, the development of agriculture impact on the society’s prosperity.More and more people are migrating into the city, leaving a huge amount of children in thecountry. These kids lost the basic family education, thus school education take an importantrole. The PE teaching plays an inconvenient role in their growth.As the saying goes, environment shapes people. The families we have been raised, theschools we have been taught, the society we are living in, all of them influence our growthdirectly. The school teaching is a special one, any teaching activity are carried out in a specificcondition, PE teaching is no exception. PE teaching facilities quality affects PE teaching, PEteaching also influence students’health, a healthy body will be the basic requirement for them,no matter where they are going, city or village.This article applies the literature material law, questionnaire survey, Delphi method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Based on the samples from60rural primaryschools in6counties in Tangshan, via distributing questionnaires to leaders, teachers andstudents, investigated on the status of Tangshan rural primary schools’ PE teaching. Based onthe status of rural primary school PE teaching in Tangshan, passes out experts questionnairesfor3rounds, get the policy of improving rural primary school PE teaching facilities.According to the survey, results are as following:1.there lacks playfields in the schools, many of them can’t meet the standard.Most of thefacilities can’t match with national standard on primary school PE facility. The class volumecould meet national rules.2.Classes on humanity and geography have good atmosphere, and people’s relation in PEteaching are good. which are far beyond enough to catch the teaching requirement. Also, thereare not strict rules on the PE teaching management. Classes break, after-class activities andsports meeting are not held regularly while the quantities are also low.3.Tangshan improve the environment in rural primary school physical education physicalenvironment affected by many factors. Sports funding school sports has become the mainissues to improve teaching and learning environment. This article from the teachers’ development and utilization of the physical environment, abundant landscaping, healthand safety aspects of proposed improvement strategies.
