Along with the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the brand new curriculumconcept offered a more broad practicing space of the curriculum and teaching for theeducators. It makes more and more teaching methods come into the mind of the people. Wecan say that the pluralistic teaching methods bring more teaching experience for teachers andstudents. However, it is also because of this situation that makes us should confirm whichteaching methods can let all the students under the Class teaching system developingpersonally. Compared with the previous curriculum reform, the new curriculum reform paysmore attention to meet the students’ different learning needs, and to cultivate the students’cooperation spirit and practice ability. These traits are all reflected in the differentiatinginstruction. Therefore, the differentiating instruction has been given more profound educationsignificance. This paper unscrambles the differentiating instruction from three parts:The first part mainly starts with the connotation of differentiating instruction. It is tryingto dig the deep essence and teaching features of the differentiating instruction to demonstratethe essential reason why it is favor by the new curriculum reform and its real value. Then, inorder to apply the differentiating instruction more precisely, this paper is looking for thedifference between the individualized teaching, natural material teaching, inclusive educationand the differentiating instruction to find the same and different places in them.The second part primarily needs us to find the theoretical basis of differentiatinginstruction to guiding this teaching method. In addition, the following section use thedifferentiating instruction’s teaching practice of American elementary and secondary schools,Taiwan “Zhongzi” education group and Shanghai Jinyuan middle school as the applicationpremise of teaching to analysis the implementation strategy of the differentiating instruction.In order to set the difference learning goals for students, the third part is mainly toestablish three-dimensional target of difference teaching. Meanwhile, we shall create theteaching environment which suitable for the students’ difference from the perspective ofpresupposition. Next, we shall use some methods like dialogue instruction; elastic groupingand life teaching to achieve the real appeal of the different individual from the perspective ofcreate. At last, we shall consider implementing the assessment of the differentiatinginstruction to make the whole differentiating instruction’s system like a complete one.On the current situation of teaching in China, there are still have some objective problems impeding the deep application of the differentiating instruction. But we couldn’t just ignorethis teaching method because of these reasons. Based on the research of the differentiatinginstruction, the author expects that this teaching method will cause the real attention ofteachers and students, and make more educators to explore the differentiating instructionmore deeply.
