With the constant progress of society and the rapid development of information technology, the teacher continuing education demand is also growing. Under the situation of the new requirements of the teachers’professional development, traditional teachers training cannot satisfy the needs of teachers continue to learn and enhance the ability of teaching, the network training for teacher professional development provides new ideas and methods, has become the important way to promote teachers’ professional development. At present, the network training had been rise up, but there are still some problems in the network training process. Construction based on training, communication and promotion practice ability of the network platform, seek resources construction and management methods, explore the community organization and management mode, this have become urgent to promote teachers’ professional development.This paper adopts document analysis, summarize the current domestic and foreign research status on teacher network training. The paper using questionnaire and interview method, surveyed the current situation of teacher network training and the construction level of regional education informatization, found out the existing problems of teacher network training, and analyzed of the demands for network training. Put forward construction based on training, communication and promotion practice ability of network platform, and design the regional teacher network training community based on cloud services, seek resources construction and management methods, explore the community organization and management mode. Provide good e-learning network platform and technical support for the teacher network training. And under the background of informatization provide new ideas and methods for the teacher network training.This paper divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, elaborated the research background of this paper, clarified the significance about the design of regional teacher network training platform based on cloud services, described the preparation and research methods for accomplish the paper. The second chapter is literature review, defined the terms related to this study, analyzed of the current domestic and foreign research status on teacher network training, determined the research content of this paper. The third chapter is investigation and analysis about the needs of teachers to network training, surveyed the current situation of teacher network training and the construction level of regional education informatization, found out the existing problems of teacher network training, and analyzed of the demands for network training. The fourth chapter is the design of teacher network training community, on the basis of investigation and analysis, around construction for the knowledge learning of network platform, for the discussion and communication of research community, and for the improve ability of community of practice, to design the structure and function of platform. The fifth chapter is application and practice, on the basis of completion the design of platform, seek resources construction and management methods, research the curriculum and learning management way, explore the community organization and management mode. The sixth chapter is summary and outlook, summarizes the whole thesis, puts forward the problems in this paper, and come up with the outlook for the further development.
