The purpose of education is to make students learn independently, manage independently, and develop independently. The secondary vocational school students should learn how to educate themselves, how to improve their own quality, how to enhance their core competitiveness of occupation.This paper teases out the researches at home and abroad simply. Just to find that the studies on the autonomous development of vocational school students are still in a low level. As the mean time, the concepts about the autonomy and the moral education mode are defined. Literature research, survey research and action research are adopted mainly in this paper. This research that focuses mainly on the requirements of Vocational Students’ independent development explores the effective moral education management model, carries out moral education activities pertinently and effectively, and promotes the development of students onto a autonomy, harmonious, comprehensive level.The process, measures and the effects of this paper are discussed in the second part. The process is divided into pre-study, research stage, mid-stage, in-depth and acceptance stage. The main measures are listed as follows:Firstly, Enhancing the consciousness that the students are the owners of the school and the teachers services the students is to ensure the independent development power of enduring. Secondly, Following the rules and regulations, changing the concept of teachers, fostering independent consciousness are to make the students’behavior more standard. Thirdly, platforms for the independent development of students are built. After three years exploration, the moral education is more effective. More platforms for the student development have been built, such as students’communities, culture stage, students’supermarket etc. The most important thing is that the self development abilities of students improve fully.The third part reconsiders the things that need to improve.
