Essence of education is to promote the comprehensive development of man.Long,due to a variety of factors,basic education in the country has been departing from the essential requirements.In recent decades,with the rapid development of China’s economy and comprehensive national rising,"Individualized teaching" increasingly become a hot issue of basic education reform and research.But In actual teaching,individualized instruction in the true sense difficult to implement.This is not only with the current exam-oriented education system,even went with tradition entrenched "uniform teaching"."One to One" individualized teaching mode is an important supplement to classroom education.Customized by personalized programs to targeted teaching guide for students,can effectively enhance the students’ knowledge of the system,enhance students’ ability of learn.Looking at the development of the entire human society changes,by the ancient "from generation to generation." to modern times "large-scale centralized education",further development of the "one to one" individualized teaching,because more and more refined social division of labor,knowledge and Economic Development for professional people proposed specific growing requirements. According to each person has different abilities,for talent personalized professional education is in line with the trends and needs of the entire social development,has become a major trend in the development of education.And "One to One" individualized teaching mode in primary school language teaching also has considerable value and improve the overall level of teaching elementary school language.This article is based on theoretical research by showing "one on one" in the form of individualized teaching,status separately from primary language classroom,"One to One" reality individualized teaching model needs and the application and impact of teaching in primary schools and other aspects of analysis,main reveal differences and advantages of "one to one" individualized teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,so as to achieve complementarity.Also proposed,with the rapid economic development,we enter the "concerned individual" era,the "one on one" individualized teaching mode, students can take into account the differences in various aspects,really improve students’ language literacy, promote the overall development of students,that the essential requirement to achieve education.
