The Study On Influence Factor About Retired Middle-aged Women’s Leisure Behavior

Leisure exists in ancient times. In fact, leisure has become the important standard of distinguishing national productivity level. At the same time, leisure is also the primary measure of social civilization, which means that everyone has the right to rest and leisure. As half of the human population, the female’s leisure inevitably becomes a hot focus.Retired middle-aged women are special group. The decade of50～59years for most middle-age women is a transitional period from professionalism to astogeny. However, many factors influence the leisure behavior in different extent.The research of women leisure in western began in the late1970s, which has more than30years old. Compared with the women leisure research in western, domestic research of women leisure is not mature in many aspects. The scope of the research content selection is relatively limited, which do not have research object segmentation.This research describe retirement leisure status of middle-aged women living in Xiangtan city and preliminary build retired middle-aged women leisure behavior influence factor system and model through the questionnaire survey and face to face interviews. At the same time, the research also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of retired middle-aged women leisure.The research for the influence factors of retired middle-aged women leisure behavior is one of the most important focuses in this paper. On the basis of related document literature, the research modifies the retired middle-aged women leisure behavior influence factor system and model after the expert consultation. Then, we get five main factors, individual condition factor, environmental factor, psychological factor, stress factor, support factor and so on, from27in the specific impact factor by using the factor analysis. At the same time, using the correlation analysis on the sample individual basic situation and Xiangtan city retired middle-aged women leisure behavior in correlation analysis. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures from the angle of government, public, personal of promoting retired middle-aged women leisure in Xiangtan city are put forward combined with empirical research results of data analysis and in-depth face to face interviews.
