Primary school teachers is the hope for the revitalization of China’s basic education, especially in rural schools in remote areas, a dominant more dependent on the teacher education development. Rural primary school teachers’professional ethics evaluation and supervision is not only beneficial to promote the primary school education management to scientific development, is conducive to improving teachers’quality, but also to promote the basic education to implement the new curriculum reform in our country, more conducive to China’s basic education achieve the goal of quality education., however, the current primary school teacher evaluation and supervision system construction in our country, there are a number of problems, remote areas of rural primary school teachers’professional ethics has not yet to institutionalization and scientific evaluation and supervision.
