Study On The Behavior Features Of Small Volleyball Group In College Students In Hengyang

This paper mainly adopted literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics and other methods to do an in-depth investigation on behavior characteristic of small volleyball group in college students in Hengyang. Based on the actual situation, it mainly analyzed the influence of small volleyball group activities on individuals and schools effectiveness, found out the factors that affect the development of college students’small volleyball group activities in Hengyang, and put forward countermeasures to the existing problems. It could guide the development of Hengyang colleges’small volleyball group activities from a theoretical point of view, and also could provide suggestions on the construction and reformation of college physical sports course.Investigation shows, the small volleyball groups in hengyang are formed as their members are living near and sharing similar career. They held the love for the volleyball and spontaneously got together, then organized the group activities regularly, which not only met the different needs of theirs, but also enriched their after-school extracurricular life, promoting the development of their physical and mental health and lying a good foundation for lifelong physical exercise. Moreover, the formation and development of college small volleyball group activities, is an effective supplement to colleges and universities sports curriculum, which would enhance the reform of college volleyball teaching, and would be conducive to the implement of "comprehensive education" and the "sunshine sports", facilitating the construction of college sports culture. According to the survey, there are a lot of factors hindering the development of the small group volleyball activities in hengyang colleges, such as inadequate facilities, lack of sports atmosphere in most colleges and universities, students’ lack of interest, the lack of organization and the guidance of professional teachers, no independent economic source, and academic and employment burden. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures:firstly, we should strengthen the efforts in the construction of the small volleyball groups and places; secondly, we should create good atmosphere to actively carry out various volleyball tournament; thirdly, teachers should enrich volleyball teaching methods to arouse students’interest in volleyball; fourthly, we should give specialized technical guidance to physical education teachers; the fifth point is to establish college volleyball association to lead the development of small volleyball groups; last but not least, we should do a good communication job among members, making development of volleyball small group activities sustainable.
