Study On Collage Student Association Construction

In recent years, with the social development，more and more colleges has awared the importance of college student associations,and try to understand the status and function of university student association. Many colleges has treat it as a effective method of student daily management and a good channel to communicate with society.Meanwhile, in our country college student management organization in a relatively short time, management has a long period of time not enough attention, also has not formed the management idea and scientific management methods and advanced. Especially there are some defects in the problem of community college students socialization, team construction, college student association management students association internal management norms.The paper tries to analyse the the problems and the nd the experience has been made during the construction of College Students’ associations.The article is divided into four parts:the first part analysed the background of College Students’ associations construction,the research significance and status at home and abroad. Through this the study allows us to understand the the basis of the theoretical achievements of college community construction and Study on its cause domestic and international understanding.in the second part, the author focuses on the concept of community college students, characteristics, types and functions are analyzed clearly system.The third part not only analysed the achievements and problems,but also the cause of College Students’ associations construction.The last part of the college community construction countermeasures were analyzed emphatically, put forward the concrete path for the construction of community college students healthy and orderly development.
