Moral values is the important factors about the goal, judgment, evaluation and behavior for people. The thinking and behavior of the rural middle school students are subject to the moral values of control, regulation and control. Reinforcement of moral values education for the rural middle school students and the help for them to set up the correct moral values is important, which has the extremely vital significance regarding the development of students in rural areas and rural society. with the guidance spirit of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the ideological and moral education of literature, the rural middle school students around the nationwide carry out moral values education widely, which achieved remarkable results. Needless to say, the rural middle school students’ moral values education, there still exists problems that cause serious negative impact on the rural middle school students’ moral values formation, which should not be ignored. We should take effective measures to solve these problems to strengthen the rural middle school students’ moral values education ulteriorly for promoting the comprehensive development of rural middle school students, which is the current an important topic in theory and practice for moral education of the rural middle schools. This article embarks from the reality and discusses this issue more deeply.Besides the introduction, the full text is divided into three parts. The first part, we are based on the view of educational implications in the interpretation of moral value, we discuss the reinforcement of the significance of the moral values education for the rural middle school students, which is helpful to solve the rural middle school students’ moral value problems, to improve the rural middle school students moral level and to promote the all-round development for rural students.The second part, we discuss the problems and causes existing of rural middle school students’ moral values education. We conclude that there exists several problems that moral values education has a series of idea deviation and the content is thin and the way is single. Moral values education means and methods are used improperly, moral values education construction is ineffective. The causes of these problems are such as:We don’t pay great consideration of the rural middle school students’ moral values education, the education idea and evaluation mechanism is biased, the family education and school education is failed to influence effectively and the social environment factors is negative.The third part, we put forward countermeasures to solve the middle school students’ moral values education in rural areas:we should strengthen and improve the ideological and political teaching, we should give full play to its moral values the role of main channel of education; we should carry out activities of social practice vigorously, we should enrich moral values education; we should focus on the construction of campus culture and combine education with cultural activities; we should strengthen the construction of rural middle school teachers to improve the quality for workers of moral education; we should optimize the social environment, to create a good atmosphere for the moral values education of rural middle school students.
