The Research On Basic Education Reform And Development In Shucheng

"Developing the basic education is the foundation programs on the process of developing technology and rejuvenating China. It has the important strategic significance on improving national quality and cultivating all kinds of senior talents and successfully realizing the Socialist Modernization."In recent years, due to the attention of the party and the country, rural basic education seems to have become a priority in today’s educational work. To develop basic education in rural areas to achieve the education and the promotion of equitable rural economic development within a certain range will undoubtedly have an important role in promoting. With the progress of education reform process, now, of rural compulsory education has been achieved gratifying remarkable achievements, especially in the implementation of free compulsory education later, the burden of farmers has been effectively reduced. But many deficiencies in the reform process still exists worth attention. By the author of this article internship opportunities in Shucheng County Commission to Shucheng as the research object, the quality of teaching through the local schools, teachers, and other financial investment to conduct a sample survey, insight into the development of basic education in the region live and Based on the analysis of the status and potential problems for rural compulsory education in the region, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to better promote and improve local Shucheng basic education development.This thesis can be divided into five parts. In the first part, the paper discusses in details about the time background of the selected topic and the searching theory, the searching overall ideas, the searching methods and the unique features, as well as the realistic significance.And the second part emphasis on the relat ive basic concepts and theories about rural fundamental education, which lays the full and accurate theoretical foundation of further research.Then the third part puts particu lar emphasis on straightening out the evolution of the rural fundamental education fro m the Early Days of New China to nowadays which takes the reformation and openin g as the breakthrough point and on the bases of collecting material and consulting rela tive books, thesis, policies and laws. And the author analyzes the change and develop ment of the rural fundamental education briefly on different periods which basis on straightening out the educational policies. In the fourth part, the author finds out the real local fundamental educational situation though on-the-spot investigating and interviewing some junior schools and primary schools. Then the author analyzes profoundly and further discovers the potential problems in the implementation process of the compulsory education. And in the last part, the author offers some relative countermeasures and advises about how to improve local fundamental education though studying the process of reformation and the real educational situation.
