Study On The Rural Cultural Changing And Reconstruction

With the economic and social development,our country has entered the high speed development of urbanization, in the process of building highway,trading,land resquisition and demolishing, rural residents move from their survival of field gradually,change the inherited customs. The new rural construction is underway,the living standards of rural residents is improving at the visible pace,the rural is quietly changing, in this process,the culture of the rural is also in the change. This paper uses the villagers of G village in north Jiangsu as investigation object,by using the methods of questionnaire and case interviews and observation,mastered the detailed data of rural culture change,in order to really know the current situation of rural cultural change.Through literature study,questionnaire survey and case interview,we find that the phenomenon of rural cultural change has become a common phenomenon of rural society,its main performance is:the villagers’collective consciousness becomes weak;neighborly relations becomes unfamiliar and the interaction of the neighborhood reduce;the authority of village cadres decline and contradictions increase; the clan relationship estranged and contact each other become less and less;the rural residents’sense of village’s belonging weakened and the custom and habits of the village has changed and so on.The culture of the rural has many fuctions,such as social integration,social education,discipline,enjoyable and certain economic functions,it plays an inportant role on the development of rural society.The change of the rural culture not only affects the rural society and the villagers living in the rural, but also affects harmony and development of the entire society.This paper argues that: the change of the rural culture is a common phenomenon in the process of the urbanization,and the changes of the rural culture is caused by a variety of factors,it both has the inner factors of rural society and the effect of the external factors, the changes of the rural culture is the outcome of combined action of inner and outer factors intertwined.Specifically includes the following several reasons:quick success lead to attach great importance to the rural economic development and ignore the cultural construction of countryside;the demise of the rural economy;the infrastructure of village culture is weak and part of its fuction is in idle;the loss of the rural cultural subject and the influence of the traditional ideas;the fracture of the rural cultural heritage;the imperfect of the development of the rural culture system and the effect of some other external factors.Facing the current situation of the rural cultural change intensified,in this paper,the path of the reconstruction of the rural culture in the new period is discussed, and tink that we should take some measures suitable for the local actual to rebuild the rural culture in the new period,make the rural culture reappear vitality. Such as raising awareness,set up the correct view on political achievements and rural culture development;develop the rural economy and strengthen the material basis for the development of the rural culture;innovate the mechanism of rural cultural development and enhance the vitality of rural cultural reconstruct the local culture of the rural and strengthen the rural culture cohesion;reshape the identity of the rural culture;standardize the rural culture market and so on.
