College Students’ Political Belief Education Research During The Social Transition Period

Now China is in the reform and open policy and the socialist market economy tofurther deepen the social transformation period, the social system, social norms is notperfect, the western social ideological trend influence, multicultural constantlymingling and development, to contemporary college students’ thinking mode and thevalue idea has brought great changes, affect the University student life faith andpolitics establishment of faith, and our country home education and school educationfocuses on students’ intelligence development and knowledge, college students’political belief education focus only on the Theory Inculcation, has poor effectiveness,failed to achieve the desired level of the party and the state. College Students’ politicalbeliefs reflect the college students of national and social development and the futureof the basic attitude, not only influence and restrict their own life value orientationand path selection, and the relationship between the party and the country’s future anddestiny. In the period of social transformation of College Students’ political beliefeducation is conducive to the promotion of college students to improve their politicalquality, promote the university students to establish the scientific and political beliefs,for the socialist modernization of our country has important significance.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part first introduces the backgroundand significance, research status at home and abroad and the research idea and method.The second part of college students in social transition period the political beliefs ofthe general outline, mainly introduces the meaning and impact of socialtransformation, political belief connotation and function of College Students’ politicalbelief education, theoretical basis. The third part of the contemporary students’political beliefs are analyzed, through the questionnaire survey, using the method ofcombining theory with practice, summed up the university students during the socialtransformation period the overall feature of political belief, reveals the students’political belief flaw performance, and analyzes the reasons for the lack of CollegeStudents’ political beliefs. The fourth part from the social environment, schooleducation, family education, students’ own four respects put forward social transitionperiod to strengthen college students’ political belief education countermeasures.
