With the development of Internet technology, the mode and concept of the traditional education has changed. Especially the birth of Electronic Learning which is based on the network has achieved a personalized and individualized efficient teaching method. This is a revolution in the traditional teaching model. It has broken through the traditional "face to face" limited teaching, and provided new mode of learning with time dispersion, freedom to organize learning, sharing of resources, vast and interactive for the knowledge seekers. It is a kind of teaching mode that takes the students as the teaching center. This thesis is based on Browsor/Server model, and has researched and analyzed the demand of network learning platform, and propose an effective and feasible solution.In combination with the character and realistic demand, the thesis makes the remote educational platform come true by.Net framework based on B/S architecture. On the basis of system analysis, the thesis designs the main function according software engineering theory, online exam, course study, course statistics and other modules are designed in detail. According to demand analysis of system and overall design demand, the database is designed. The system make lots of function are true, online study, exam and system management included. It has character of simple operation, convenient usage and high safety factor.Firstly, the social demand, the background of platform and the implementation significance are mentioned in this thesis.After the system analysis, the Observer+MVC mode, function of system, environment of development, data flow diagrams and data dictionary are given. In particular, the function and database design of the system are described detailedly. Methods on how to implement each module of the platform are introduced in the part of system implementation. Finally, the defects of this system are detected by carrying out comprehensive system testing and an objective evaluation is made.
