ContentThere are many factors that influent the learning motivation of students, such as theirhobbies, their original level of learning, the professional level of teachers, the relationshipbetween teacher and students, and the learning environment etc. Besides, home environment,physical and psychological health are also essential factors that influent students’ learningmotivation. Motivation is the individual’s interior statement of mind which belongs to softstructure. In order to stimulate and keep the students’ learning motivation, we will put themotivation into the teaching design and integrate all-sides influence factors.The modern teaching design theory put forward the new requirement for teaching design.It not only inherited the advantage of the traditional teaching design, but also demands us tostudy the teaching concept which is established by the new class standard and teachingmaterial. At the same time, it considers arousing students’ learning motivation and cultivatinglearning interests as the key role in the teaching design. Creating a good question situation,discovering and proposing questions help students’ learning motivation production. After that,students can obtain the interesting from experiencing success and enhance self-efficacy. Theteachers improve the teaching design level, stimulate and keep aggressive leaning motivation,enhance Science literacy. The thesis studies the high chemistry teaching design which basedon the motivation inspiriting which contains some sections in the following:1. Introduction. Introducing the research background, research purpose and significance,research ideas and research methods..2. Theoretical bases for research. Related concepts involves in this thesis are defined. Itmade a research about the learning motivation in the field of psychology, teaching theory andteaching design.3. It puts forward specific operating requirements in the several aspects (the teachinggoal, teaching content, teaching environment, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation andfeedback)) and motivational strategies of integration4. learning motivation motivates teaching design exploration under the high schoolchemistry classroom environment.The author selected the key chapter of high schoolchemistry elective5"organic chemistry" course of "hydrocarbon derivatives" to go on theteaching design and teaching practice. The paper presents the guide for the motivationalstrategies and the design of teaching practice to guide.5. Summary and prospect. It summarizes the research conclusions, the study innovation,the shortcomings and the follow-up studies.
