At the end of the20th century,China began to have appeared in Vocational Education,Jiangsu Province has set up five vocational education groups,after the school began corresponding theoretical research. In2010,Taizhou City established the first vocational education group,but for now,Taizhou**occupational groups still remain in the level of mere school-enter prise cooperation,vocational education resources are still dispersed and isolated,there is a set without group situationloosely connected group,organizational efficiency is not high,the group is unstable,teachers need to be improved,lacek of essential interest within the group contact,Group operating mechanism needs to be further improved.Vocational Education Group is to achieve an effective form of integration of resources,Taizhou in the whole of the occupation should do a re-integration of resources in order to better development in the future.This paper aims to research Taizhou**Vocational Education Group of the Group of schools to provide practical guidance for the development of vocational education to explore new situation.Vocational Education of China since the20th century,the development of vocational education in a new breakthrough,which conform to the socialist market economy,the development trend of China’s vocational education opens up new educational ideas,over the Vocational Education Group mushroomed to be shipped born.As an alternative to running mode breakthrough,vocational education groups in the country wide rise,through contracts,resources and other connection methods,vocational schools,related businesses,research institutions,intermediary organizations and even government departments to form joint organizations intended to promote school-enterprise Depth cooperation to achieve resource sharing,to enhance the quality of education and vocational education to serve the community level.For Taizhou City,the rational use of available resources,to achieve intensive,chain schools,on the one hand more conducive to the development of vocational education,but also to better serve the local economy.But now,vocational Education Group theoretical research level is still far below the level of practice.Based on the study of the relevant literature,as well as educational practice throughout the investigation,the city of Taizhou Vocational Education Group to begin to study the promblems.On the basis of theoretice research,the author for the current problems of corporate governance issues raised group of educational process must be addressed;school type of positioning;principals how to build the core of the problem of the management team,to build senior technician at the core of the double type practice team problem;school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms,management and social teaching practice management.In the corporate governance structure,the author proposed the establishment of the Council comopact form effective decision-making mechanisms;establish the principal responsibility of the school management as the core management team.In the school system,the author proposes to establish a senior technician at the core of the double type teaching practice team;establish long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation;lay a solid foundation for teaching management and social practice.In terms of teaching and social practice,I propose to develop demand-oriented industries,schools and enterprises to build a reasonable curriculum system R&D base and practice,teaching and research and industrial needs of the school’s distance docking.Educational process in the future,I suggest that the government should first ensure the leading role of the educational process in the group,the government must continue to strengthen the Group’s control,the correct guidance of school-enterprise cooperation and full coordination of good government,institutions industries and enterprises of the three,the relationship between.Full use of local industry characteristics,the creation of relevant professional and curriculum,strengthening cultural construction group,to creat the region’s Vocational Education Group brands to look beyond the established order training mechanisms to face the country,strengthen cooperation between vocational colledes,and constantly open education space.Play a role in the supervision of the Group,the establishment of effevtive supervision,incentives to promote sustainable development of the Group.Finally,the future development of vocational education in Taizhou of innovation outlook,highlighting this atical will introduce corporate governance structure of the enterprise to vocational Education Group,the re-adjustment of its governance framework,there is a group of school for Taizhou of issues raised countermeasures to make reasonable suggestions for its furute development,bur poen questions for school autonomy of higher vocational education,remains to be further explored in the future.
