Study On The Group School-running Pattern Of Enterprise-leading Higher Vocational Education

In recent years,information science and technology like cloud computing,big data,Internet and artificial intelligence has developed rapidly,which has brought profound impacts and changes to all walks of life,and resulted in ubiquitous cross-border integration.Group school-running,a typical pattern in the reform and development course of higher vocational education in China,has cultivated substantial high-quality technical talents for the social and economic development,and improved the school-running quality of higher vocational education ever since its emergence.But with the increase of labor cost,the number of labors decreases,which further makes it difficult to allocate human resources reasonably and fails to meet the demand of enterprises for sustainable development.Currently,owing to the various reasons,such as the insufficient government guidance and support,incomplete functions of related industry sectors,single school-running means and weak sense of duty,it has led to a series of problems in the group school-running of higher vocational education in China,for instance,insignificant influence of the government guarantee and support,weak industry guidance and coordination,and low enthusiasm of enterprises in school-running.Among which,low enthusiasm of enterprises in group school-running is the leading problem.Fundamentally,it is because the school-leading and government-leading group school-running pattern is adopted,which takes the school or government as the subject and core of school-running,but ignores the importance of enterprises in school-running.But the enterprise-leading group school-running pattern of higher vocational education takes the enterprise as the primary subject,and emphasizes on the deep cooperation of enterprises and schools,which will be favorable for promoting the future integration of the education chain and industrial chain.In this paper,concepts like the higher vocational education and group school-running pattern are defined with the literature research method and survey research,by established in the demands of the new development situation on talent quality,and based on studies of various group school-running patterns of higher vocational education conducted by numerous domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the industrial organizational theory and vocational education thought of Huang Yanpei.Furthermore,existing problems of group school-running of higher vocational education are explored and analyzed,and the necessary approach of resolving the problem of weak enterprise enthusiasm with the enterprise-leading group school-running pattern is proposed.In addition,suggestions of constructing and improving the enterprise-leading group school-running of higher vocational education are put forward from five aspects,including the government,industry,enterprise,school and group,by combining excellent domestic and foreign experience of group school-running of higher vocational education.
