The integration of information technology and discipline instruction is a need for the development of the informationization era. By expanding the space of human existence and development, the information technology at the core of cyber network and multimedia technologies has changed people’s lives a lot. In order to adapt to the development trend as thus, China has determined to propagate the information technology in primary and secondary education, and, at the same time, strengthened the integration of information technology and other disciplines.This research, with the, aim and goal of the implementation of quality education and the cultivation of the information qualities and the learning abilities of students in an information technology environment, and based on the presentation ways of teaching contents, the learning ways of students, the teaching methods of instructors and the reform of the interacting ways between instructors and students, attempts, theoretically, to establish a scientific and effective teaching strategy and mode based on quality education requirements, new curriculum ideas and learning logics with the help of the study of literature theory and the summary of integration practice so as to enrich the theories of modern education and discipline instruction, and, practically, to improve teaching quality in an all-round way with the acquisition of a practice-orientated teaching strategy and method in terms of the integration of information technology and discipline instruction by improving the information qualities and the capabilities of putting students in place in terms of discipline knowledge absorption on the part of the instructors and improving the information qualities on the part of the students who will be enabled to acquire a new studying method pertaining to the development of this era with the symbol of independent study of their own initiative and to improve the capabilities of problem analysis and solving in the application of information technology so as to thrive in a way of. independent, inquiring and cooperative learning.This research applys mainly:the literature and the questionnaire survey methods in terms of information collection; the statistical analysis technique and the theoretical analysis method in terms of information study; and the comparative research method and the analytical method of "SWOT" in terms of the theoretical analysis of information, during which the experimental method prevails.This thesis consists of five parts. The first.part is an introduction which generalizes the questions posed, the definition of core concepts, the significance of the research of the subject and the theoretical evidence, goals and contents of the research. The second part is a process of designing and argumentation, giving an expoundation in terms of the objectives, contents, thoughts, objects, methods, principles, technical routes, steps of implementation, and the course and pertinent activities of the research. The third part concerns findings, making a description of the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the research based on the analytical method of "SWOT"and refining the following characteristics as instructor cultivation, mode innovation, resource development, and robot expansion. The fourth part gives an analysis and discussion of the current problems and an indication of the direction of future efforts. And the fifth part is the conclusion, giving the final elaboration of the strategy, ideas, innovation and shortcomings of the research.
