Since the1990s, on the base of essential moral accomplishment of innovative talents, the group who researches innovation education in primary and secondary school has been exploring the new ideas about the actual effect of moral education,and trying to construct the new mechanism that adapts to growth of innovative talents.Family Volunteer Activities arise in such a background. Especially in some developed cities such as Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and others, the activities are carried out more actively.The activities make the duty of moral education innovative, keep moral education along the basic line of activities-experience-understanding-internalization, and realize the leap from education acceptance to moral experience,moral find and moral construction.The innovative moral education carrier under the new situation has been formed gradually in Dalian where the author lives.Many a school and family join the activities in order to promote,utilize and optimize the parent-school cooperation better, and meet the needs of pursuit to a high quality education. With carried out, the activities have a positive role in teaching, students’s moral development,personal growth,the teacher-student relationship and parent-child relationship. Therefore, the study on Family Volunteer Activities is of great significance for the development of education teaching and moral teaching in the future.I start from the status quo of the Family Volunteer Activities in the primary School, explore the positive influence,problems,solutions and suggestions of the activities. Through the preparation of the questionnaire and interview outline, carrying out survey and analysis on the activities to143students,parents and10first-line teachers from Shidaojie primary school in Xigang district,Dalian. I find the activities have played a positive role in the formation of emotional attitude and personality of the students, the establishment of teacher-student relationship and parent-child relationship.However, Some problems are found through the analysis to the status quo of the activities, such as social understanding deviation to Family Volunteer Activities,and lack of perfect organization management system. I suggest that the relevant education authorities and schools should attach great importance to the positive influence of the activities in school and family education, strengthen the training and guidance from the relevant departments in the activities, improve the quality of Family Volunteer Activities continuously, and make the system of evaluation of the activities perfect, etc.
