| As the inequitable distribution of China’s education resource and incentive examination, in order to getting good grades, more and more primary and secondary school students had to attending supplement education. Supplement education institutions have become an emerging industry all over the country. But they appear in a short time, as a non-formal education did not receive proper attention and in the blind development stage. The negative impact is gradually revealed, so we need to explore an effective supervision and management.Supplement education institutions in Japan are known as the "juku". Since1950s, juku emerged in big cities and experienced more than half a century of development. But chaos and vicious competition by juku market disturbed the market order, to solve this problem, MEXT and METI formed legislation supervision and Japan Juku Association specification management regulatory system. Now the juku plays a positive function in the field of Education. In this paper, through the study of juku in primary and secondary school students, summarize the experience and inspiration, I hope to provide a reference for the development of our supplement education.This paper has four parts:The first part introduces the background, research significance and the ways of the study.The second part introduces the history of Japan’s juku and introduces the social background of Japan’s juku in some important periods.The third part introduces the study of Japanese juku. In the first part introduces the reasons for the juku’s existence. Then this part introduces the operation of juku, including regulators and classifications with the examples of shimonshu. Lastly, this part summarized from students, parents and the public schools about juku’s positive and negative role.The last part summarizes the successful experience and the enlightenment for our country. There are four enlightenments for our county’s tuition institutions. |
