Evolutionary Game Analysis Of Knowledge Sharing Of University Cluster

The concept of university cluster is originated from industrial cluster, it is the clusterconcept’s application and extension in the nonprofit organization,for example colleges anduniversities’ agglomeration phenomenon, along with university town construction in fullswing, of the university cluster concept also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Moreover,with knowledge management become a hot research scholars, knowledge sharing also beganas an independent link out from knowledge management, and gradually become scholars areinterested in and began to research hot spot. Based on the cluster is deeply rooted in the heartsof the people and the importance of knowledge sharing, especially as the knowledge-intensiveorganization the importance of knowledge sharing between universities, this paper analyzesthe relateed issues of knowledge sharing from the new perspective of evolutionary game ofuniversity cluster.This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is introduction, mainly illustratesthe research background, research significance, the thesis of this article innovation points andresearch tools. The second chapter is literature review, mainly introduced the knowledge,knowledge sharing, and analyzes the possibility of knowledge sharing between universities inthe cluster and the related research literature at home and abroad. The third chapter mainly isthe tool of evolutionary game theory was used to study the knowledge sharing between thetwo levels of colleges and universities, and gives some reasonable suggestions. In the fourthchapter studied asymmetric circumstances, knowledge sharing among colleges anduniversities and gives some suggestions. The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect. Themain research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper review and combes the cluster, sums up the denifition of the universitycluster, knowledge, and knowledge sharing, and puts forward the classification,characteristics, knowledge, and the influence factors of knowledge sharing. After fullyexplore the characteristics of evolutionary game theory and its application scope,the autherconstructes the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing among colleges anduniversities on the basis of predecessors’ research. (2) chapters3and4, which make use of evolutionary game of replicator dynamic tools,respectively, using different methods, analyzes the levels and same level of knowledgesharing between different colleges and universities, and concludes that the factors, whichaffect the knowledge sharing between colleges and universities to achieve knowledgeownership, complementary knowledge share, knowledge absorptive capacity, innovation,benefit coefficient, risk factor, etc. in conclusion of each chapter, the author all give somefeasible opinion and suggestion about knowledge sharing between the colleges anduniversities.
