As we all known that the level of anxiety experienced in the tests and students self-efficacy may affect students’academic achievements.This paper explored the relationship between anxiety, self-efficacy and academic achievements by delivering some questionnaires.1. Examination anxiety is a common phenomenon among junior students in middle schools. Its gender differences weren’t significant, however, the difference between key schools and non-key schools were significant.2. Junior students all have the tendency of self-affirmation and self-confidence. No differences were found between all relationships.3. Pearson correlations were found between self-efficacy, examination anxiety and academic achievements. A negative correlation was found between self-efficacy, also replicated between academic achievements and examination anxiety. A positive correlation was found between self-efficacy and academic achievements.4. Self-efficacy and examination anxiety are two predictors of academic achievements. The former had an positive effect while the latter had an negative effect.5.
