Unemployment and promote employment in today’s issue of great concern to all countries, full employment economy of a country for the healthy, orderly operation, and national and social stability is essential. Both the current unemployment situation in China is a developing country-specific demographic and urban-rural dual economic structure, the total balance due, and all reflect the local labor force, industry, and the uneven distribution of specialty, skills, age does not match the characteristics of such structural imbalances. To mitigate the total labor supply and demand imbalances and structural contradictions reconciled, economists are already a macro level, the economics of various economic measures and proposed methods, such as adjustment of industrial structure and educational structure, the implementation of employment promotion policies. However, the implementation of these methods and measures likely to lead to wage rate, contrary to wage rigidity, increasing imported inflation, and thus affect. Effects of employment promotion policies at the macro less than ideal circumstances, rising employment pressure and the risk of macro-dispersed to individual workers, so workers have to bear. I guess management’s flexibility by giving full play the role of micro-regulation may compensate for macroeconomic control in terms of delay and lack of rigidity. After a collection and collation of relevant literature, the author of the above I guess some theoretical support. Based on the literature review, the author proposed the hypothesis H1~H16, and accordingly structure variables, construct models, design the questionnaire. Questionnaire used in this study is based on the model measure the dimensions of each variable, in reference to the previous adaptation of scale and maturity on the basis of the questionnaire form, and adopted by the pre-test reliability and validity testing. Then, I used random sampling method, through the network channels and home visits (completed the questionnaire giving small gifts) method study on the age groups conducted a questionnaire survey, a total of320questionnaires,271effective questionnaires. The author with SPSS17.0and Amos17.0the collected data were factor analysis and structural equation path analysis. Finally, I verify the hypothesis H1~H3, H6~H16, reached the following conclusions:The extent of career planning career preferences will affect the workers, positive, scientific self-help career planning career working to establish a correct outlook on the overall balance of their career preferences, rational, careful career.Of the current severe employment situation, urban youth workers in career choices, health-care preferences should be comprehensive and balanced external and internal motivation preferences, not the blind pursuit of external health factors, to be prudent, moderate alternative to consider the work of the internal incentive. This will help to enhance people-job matching, a higher perception of the external health and internal motivation, and enhance job satisfaction, reduce job dismission tendency, and ultimately help urban youth workers career long-term, stable development.I would like to hope that the relevant conclusions of this study, for young workers to individual career planning, state education departments for a reasonable set of Specialties, regulating the number of enrollment for all levels of students in the school career (job) training, for national authorities to develop employment promotion policy, science careers guide the majority of workers, employment has certain reference value.
