The moral ideology course has great impact on the moral education. It isan important way of infiltrating moral ideology. At the same time, emotion bridgescognition and activity, it helps in improving the cognition, strengthening the will anddeveloping habit. So moral emotion convert the moral cognition into moral activity, andit plays an important part in guiding and encouraging students to develop moral habitswhen appropriately used in moral ideology course.The new standard of the moral ideology course emphasize: students shoulddevelop in multiple fields, including cognition, emotion, philosophy. Teachers haverecognized the importance of emotion. But with lack of emotional education experienceand practice, the teaching-centered approach is still popular in moral ideology course.Emotion teaching mode research bridges the teaching theory and the practice.Emotion teaching raises the moral feeling of the students, improves the quality of themoral ideology course.This paper points out the necessity of the emotion teaching mode research. Withthe experience of the author, the paper suggests some practical emotion teaching modes.These emotion teaching modes are analyzed with respect to feasibility and theeffectiveness. At the end, the paper also makes some suggestion on improving theemotion teaching.
