Topic selection basis:Recently, Chinese school sports enterprise has made great progress through the reform and development, and effectively strengthen and improve students’physical health level, but we must face up to the situation that school physical education in China still lag behind the developed countries, particularly with Europe, the United States, Japan and other state.there’s also quite a distance before we reach the modern education requirements.Physical health of today’s China youth exist many problems, comparing with Japanese youth through many sports activities, shortcomings are exposed like the insufficient time,poor sports skill,as well the physical quality is not good generally, particularly in stamina, strength, etc. Due to the lack of outdoor sports, the number of overweight and obesity are increasing, etc..Shanghai,as Chinese external image of the window, and a city with a abundant education resources, in order to further implement the "CPC central committee and the state council on strengthening teenagers sports to enhance the physical fitness of opinion" and the spirit of the school sports work regulations, strengthen the quality education reform, in February2011, the Shanghai municipal education commission began the "health promotion project" in the primary and secondary schools. Aimed at improving Shanghai primary and middle school students’ physical health level, training students’ lifelong sports skills and sports consciousness, the reform of school physical education teaching mode will promote the development of school sports work better. The college public physical education in school sports and social sports connection is very important for the implement the "project".Research methods:Based on above, this research uses the literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, logic analysis and other research methods, with the relevant theories of education mode, in the perspective of "health promotion project", public sports teaching pattern in colleges and universities in Shanghai to build in the perspective of "health promotion project", the service of Shanghai’s new sports college public physical education teaching mode, and improve the quality of human resources for the future development of Shanghai city and comprehensive competitive ability and sustainable development ability.Research results:1, Shanghai public sports teaching pattern in colleges and universities teaching guiding ideology is numerous, at the same time the teaching guiding ideology in "engineering" should be the guiding ideology of "health first" and lifelong sports. Therefore, we need to build new model according to the guiding ideology of the "project" content. 2, the existing public sports teaching pattern do not reflect teaching contents and giving expansibility and Theoretical Definition, in the perspective of "engineering", it should be based on students and era development and need further perfecting.3, the teaching mode and methods in teaching hours,which are on the principal position of students and teachers leading position,do not work very well, giving attention to two or more things for students life-long sports skills certainly deficiencies, there can be room for improvement in the perspective of "engineering".4, the existing teaching mode of related organization only emphasis on classroom teaching, but guidance for extracurricular time is not enough, therefore, in the perspective of "project" this situation shall be strengthened as well.5, the existing public sports teaching mode in the teaching evaluation quantitative evaluation than major, can not reflect the teaching goal and evaluation target availably, in the perspective of "engineering" students should pay attention to the evaluation and teacher evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, reasonable combination of individual difference evaluation and diagnostic evaluation are needed.
