| Adolescent health is the party and government, the national government concerns in the document had many convey the school sports must adhere to the "health first" thinking, enhance students'physical health level. But in 2003 student physical health test results are worrying, part of the student physical index declined, it also raises the leadership of anxiety and attention to sports education, how to effectively promote adolescent health has become the focus of research P.E. education.At present, the education concept of "health first", under the lead of RE. curriculum reform, these research studies comparing to active elementary school sports issued by the school sports work, policies and regulations of teaching management, PE teachers' and students' learning theory research aspects of a lot of paper, and to a certain extent, to improve the health of teenagers provides theoretical guidance. However, the practice of research was messy and system, the design of PE teaching case theme of health promotion, yet is not clear operable practical results.The physical education and health (body) RE. curriculum standard of education as the guidelines, although each year puts forward the study field goals, but it is only in the macro level, how to design theory in sports teaching of primary and middle school students to promote health level of operational objectives, approach, content and method.This paper, by using the method of literature, expert interview, design methods, the different grade sports education of middle school students, according to the actual situation of the physical characteristics and the basic rules of physical education, health promoting this theme, surrounding by selecting typical case of unit of a typical case design and the design of typical lesson times and finally formed a in content and form a systematic, and the operation of the sample, and the teaching practice is proposed on the basis of promotion strategy, so as for junior high school students of Shanghai sports teaching health promotion to provide the theory basis and the reference.Research results show that:1) In physical education teaching, teaching plan and teaching units in class teaching plan is the most operability, sports education goal is to realize the main contents and methods, therefore, this study selected cases of various grades of design unit and the key of teaching courses is the core of unit.2) Sports teaching plan of design unit from the guiding ideology, teaching objectives, teaching and learning, teaching organization arrangement and lesson times from six aspects to design, Class teaching plan design usually from guiding ideology, learning, teaching, the teaching goal, teaching organization, teaching process from six aspects.3) Sports teaching guideline of design should state or local relevant policies and regulations, the students' physical and mental characteristics, sports education law and the features of teaching materials and the teaching of cohesion and coherence between the four dimensions is described.4) The learning design case analysis of students' physical and mental characteristics from the physical basis of materials, and mastery of the situation analysis of three aspects.5) Sports teaching is the carrier of realizing the sports teaching, case analysis in the design of the teaching materials should be analyzed the characteristics of skills and knowledge, sufficient mining based on teaching, so as to promote health function realization of teaching objectives provide health promotion.6) Sports teaching goal design should be in curriculum standard five learning objectives, teaching, combining the results of the analysis from sports knowledge, and sports skill mastery, body development, psychological and social adaptation of the five aspects, and to design teaching goal from unit to class teaching goal level, so the sports teaching target decomposition more maneuverability.7) The sports teaching is teaching target teaching organization, the essential ways and methods in the teaching goal must be scientifically designed, thus making sports teaching health promotion function to realize.8) Through the teaching case implementation and feedback collection analysis indicates that the physical education health promotion cases with strong operability, is implementing the health education thoughts of the sports effective ways and methods of case teaching, promote health benefits not only rich sports teaching knowledge, also conduce to impart sports skills, more important is to strengthen the sense of sports teaching health promoting function. |
