Teacher training is the important content of school human resources development and management, and is also an effective way to improve the quality of teaching and education."Dually-typed teachers" is the professional direction of the construction of teacher team in vocational school. Cultivating the high-quality "dually-typed teachers" in vocational school is key factors to improve the skilled personnel training quality and the modern vocational education system.This paper is aimed to study on the "dually-typed teachers", professional teachers, in secondary vocational school in Zijin County. With the questionnaire investigation, it shows the current training predicament of "dually-typed teachers" in secondary vocational school in Zijin County, then puts forward some countermeasures for training proposal to promote the development of "dually-typed teachers" in secondary vocational school. This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which puts forward problems, research purpose and meaning, research of difficulty, innovation, prospective study results, the main research methods and the definition of the key concepts. The second chapter is literature review, which introduces the meaning research on "dually-typed teachers" and the research on professional training and development for "dually-typed teachers". The third chapter is concerned about the secondary vocational schools and the "dually-typed teachers",which researches on the meaning and characteristics of the secondary vocational schools and the "dually-typed teachers". The fourth chapter is for trouble inquiry, which researches on the training difficulties for "dually-typed teachers" in Zijin County secondary vocational school. The fifth chapter is for countermeasures study, which is based on the fourth chapter hint of training difficulties for "dually-typed teachers" in Zijin County secondary vocational school."Dually-typed teachers" should become development direction and goals for professional teachers in vocational school in our country. At present, there are some achievements in the field of research on vocational education, but the less in the underdeveloped regions, especially in remote mountainous area. This paper is willing to do a little research on teacher training of vocational education in underdeveloped areas.
