In this paper, the high school mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of correlation is studied. This study from the perspective of mathematics study, comparative study of middle school students mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of success; Mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of failure correlation; Middle school students’ attribution of success and the correlation between each project; The relationship between the failure attribution and each project; As well as middle school students’ attribution of success and failure attribution of mathematics self-efficacy forecasts. And further analyses the mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of success and failure attribution differences in gender, family origin. The article is divided into five parts. The first part is the research reviewed in this paper. First of self-efficacy, mathematics self-efficacy and attribution theory research present situation has carried on the system analysis, reviews the predecessors’ research in this field and achievements, and puts forward this article to study the problem, and the significance of this study. And introduced this article studies the theory basis for the theory of self-efficacy and attribution theory. The second part is the research steps. In high school is based on a questionnaire survey of the students as the research object, and introduced the research purpose, research assumptions, research tools and research methods. In this paper, the main purpose of the study is:(1) validation of the correlation between middle school students’ attribution of success and the project.(2) to verify the correlation between middle school students’ attribution of failure and the project.(3) validation of middle school students’ mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of the correlation between the success.(4) validation of middle school students’ mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of the correlation between failure.(5) validation of middle school students’ mathematics self-efficacy of gender differences.(6) verify high school success attribution of gender differences. (7) validation failure attribution of gender differences among middle school students.(8) validation of middle school students’ mathematics self-efficacy source of family.(9) to verify family source of success attribution differences among middle school students.(10) validation failure attribution family source differences among middle school students.(11) validation of middle school students’ attribution of success and failure attribution of mathematics self-efficacy forecasts. The third part is the main result of this research data and analysis. Through carefully sort out the data of questionnaire, statistical software for data processing and application, through rigorous analysis, make the research conclusion of this paper found. The fourth part is the discussion of the findings. In this section, the main conclusions of study on the deeper analysis and discussion. The fifth part is the summary of this research. The innovation of this paper, through empirical research, confirmed that the middle school students’ attribution of success and there is significant correlation between each project; Failure attribution and there is significant correlation between each project; Mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of success there is a positive correlation between; Mathematics self-efficacy and attribution of failure there is a negative correlation between; Middle school students in mathematics self-efficacy has significant gender differences; Middle school students in the attribution of success there exist significant gender differences; Middle school students in failure attribution not gender differences; Middle school students in mathematics self-efficacy of family sources exist significant differences; Middle school students in family source of success attribution differences do not exist; Middle school students in family source of failure attribution differences do not exist; Middle school students attribution of success and failure attribution of mathematics self-efficacy significantly predicted. Self-efficacy scale and attribution scale of this article is in view of the mathematics curriculum, rather than using general self-efficacy scale, so that more targeted, the conclusion is more reliable.
