Since the mid-1990s, China has become the country access to the Internet. As the network process officially began, the network has an extensive and far-reaching impact on China’s social, economic, political, science and technology, culture, education and other fields. In the network environment, the ideological and political education in China is the inevitable trend of the development of the times. Attracting much attention of the party and the country, the ideological and political education should become a major research topic. As the traditional ideological and political education, including both theory and practice, the ideological and political education also includes two aspects of theory and practice. However, the current study is mostly concentrated in basic theoretical research and theory and practice are often not divided, lacking of depth and meticulous research.In this context, basing on the starting point of China’s colleges and universities ideological and political education practice,this paper will articulate and sum up the practice of ideological and political education from the start to now. In practice,the paper sums up experience and rises a scientific theory and thus makes the theory goodbye in practice, promoting ideological and political education into the deep. Full text can be divided into five parts:Part I:introduction part discusses the causes, status and significance of the topic of the proposed research. Ideological and Political Education on the Internet is the backdrop of the Internet age and a display of constantly pioneering and innovative performance. Analyzing on the overall status of ideological and political education, the course has a unique theoretical and practical significance, both historic and practical significance. This study mainly uses literature review, induction and comprehensive analysis and historical analysis.Part II:this part overviews the network of ideological and political education. Elaborating on the basis of ideological and political education, this paper offers a further definition of the ideological and political education practice. Also, for the first time, it puts forward the ideological and political education practice containing there elements: modern network technology, Network Ideological and political educational methods and the ideological and political education website building practice.Part Ⅲ:China’s ideological and political education course of practice is presented in this part. It explains the nearly20years of history of China’s ideological and political. What’s more, this part discusses in detail the bud emergence, produce, development and extension of the characteristics of four stages. For the first time in the fourth extended stage, university phone network ideological and political education is put into the practice of the entire ideological and political education.Part Ⅳ:this part is a reflection and prospect of China’s colleges and universities ideological and political education practice. Summarizing nearly20years of practice of course and continuous development in the twists and turns, this part obtains the achievements of the university network ideological and political education practice. At the same time, it also presents a lot of deficiencies in the full use of modern network technology, innovation university network ideological and political education methods, strengthening ideological and political education website building. Meanwhile, the university phone ideological and political education has great potential for development.At last,Conclusion summarizes the practice of ideological and political education of the times, application, and development of vitality. Also, it points out that innovation and inadequacies of this article, as well as the need for further research.
